  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
  • Steps to reproduce it — and a screenshot if you have one

Subscriptions & refunds

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. To manage or cancel a subscription, open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase isn’t showing up, tap Restore Purchasesin the app and make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used to buy it.
